The five steps
Call or request
Phone us or send the short form. Tell us what happened and where the property is.
Free inspection and policy review
We inspect the property and read your policy, so you know what you have. This costs you nothing.
Document the damage
Room by room, with photos and a clear estimate of what the repairs should cost.
File and negotiate
We prepare and submit the claim, and deal with the insurance company for you.
Settlement
When the insurer pays, you can start repairs knowing the claim was handled properly.

- Your insurance policy, if you can find it
- Photos or video of the damage
- Any estimate from a contractor
- A list of damaged belongings
- The date the damage happened
